Who Can be a Secretary.....
Who Can become a secretary of Housing Society. And if a person is made secretary shall he have outstanding dues.

The qualifications/disqualifications for appointment / election of Secretary may be available in the bye laws of your Society.
If not, you may need to refer to the Cooperative Societies Act of your State along with the Rules, if any, framed thereunder.
