I am Ashish Bisen my question is regarding PF Liability to one Service provider firm how many peoples are comes under the firm and Employer is Liable to take a PF & ESIC Registrations.

An establishment having 10 or more employees is compulsorily required to deduct PF and ESIC of all its employees.
