Legal Question in Employment Law in India
One of my enemies succededi in implicating me in acase of accepting bribe in association with CBI. Ilost the case in the trial court. After this my employer dismissed from service. Later the High court acqueted me holding that the bribe money was kept bythe enemy person with out demand to take revenge. THE EMPLOYER IS NOT TREATING THE DISMISSAL PERIOD TO BE ON DUTY. What is the legal position inIndia I have been reinstated to my post in the Govt after my acquittal . Thanks

Yes, on the basis of acquittal, you can be reinstated in the service. There are few supreme court judgment on the issue too. However, regarding you play during that period, you may not be entitled as to, as on the principal no work no pay.
