Enquiry on Breach of Offer by Employer! Part2
Contd...I asked for their greivance department contact details and they failed to give me.Now I am jobless for the past 4 months.Under which law (is it Civil or Criminal or Consumer Law)can I sue them?

If you have a cause of action, you may file a civil suit; better you avoid litigation; it will be very costly and time consuming. try to settle the matter out of court.
