Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Our wages break up costitutes of the following heads - basic, books and periodicals allowance,fixed conveyance allowance, fixed LTA, HRA. which are the heads that are to be taken for arriving at minimum wages.

Under the Minimum Wages act wages means all remuneration capable of being expressed in terms of money, which would be payable if the terms of contract of employment were fulfilled. Except LTA, in my opinion , all other allowances paid by you can be considered for arriving at minimum wages.
