Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i have worked with MNC since last 11 years .With two years left for retirement i was forced to put resignation without any reasons.please clarify is employer act is legally correct

That's totally illegal, You have two options either to file a civil case to claim damages or you can file in the Labor Court. We can defiantly help you in your case.
