i am workink as a manager in air force csd.i have complet my probational period 0n 29 feb 2012 .after 2 month & 7 days canteen was issued a notice for extend probational period due to unsatisfied work.plz tell me what i should do againt this notice.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The employer has every right to extend the probation period on account of unsatisfactory working. You should be happy that they are giving you an opportunity to perform better, else they could well have terminated your services. You need to work more efficiently and diligently so that your services in the organization are confirmed.
