Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

dear sir,

A case of eviction of house is pending in the court in which I am the defandant.all the procedures including witnessing and argument has been completed. the date of Judgement was on 20/09/2010 but due to some technical matter it was not given on that date and till date it has not been announced. Now my question is after announcing the date of judgement how much time can the court take to announce the judgement and what should I do now for the same.

If the judgment was already announced then there is no question of further announcement. There is no time specified to announce the same, this is subject to the discretion and situation there itself. What you need to be done will also be specified to you via judgment.
