Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father was taken agriculture land before 25 years and paid full amount of the land to two brothers and also by doing an irrevocable GPA before JMMC court. The concern land was granted by Government of Revenue Department and it was Hangami cultivated land for 20 years, Due to economical problems we were not able to register this land. Six months back we had made an registration in the sub-register office and mentioned my father's name in RTC.
One of brother(unmarried) got deceased , who has no legal heirs and by another brother file a complained agaist us that we have cheated them in concern land , now we have submitted all the proofs like GPA, Affidavit, Etc in JMMC court through our advocate, and also by his sister has given complained that her brother was not given her a share of their father's property , She had already given statement to Revenue Authority ,when her father got deceased, that she doesn't need her father property and also share among her brothers (i,e 28 years before) and was also signed in revenue record . plz can you help me in this matter?
Brgds,
Thank you

pl engage a local lawyer
One cannot convey a property by way of GPA. You need to engage a lawyer, do not to consult too many persons, contact a local lawyer, show him all papers and do according to his guidance & advise.
