Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
my father as taken land 25 years back with full payment and also by doing irrevocable POA and also was taken from two brothers . one of brother got deceased and another brother file a complained agaist us that we have cheated them , but we have all the proofs including affidavit that he as received all his amount infront of judge and lawyer i,e 25 years back and also by his sister that broter not gave me property , and she had also given letter with affidavit she don't want her father property and share it between brothers.can you help with this to me? thank you

From what you have described your documents are not registered, hence cannot be used in court. Still conduct can be pleaded and family arrangement can be pleaded. You need to see a local lawyer, who can really help you, as he needs to see all the documents; whichever and whatever you have.
