Dear Sir / Madam,
(Lokmanya Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra)
You may refer to the terms and conditions of your Agreement for Leave and License which in all likelihood might contain a clause for automatic expulsion in the event of non-payment of the monthly lease charges.
The flat owner may file a case against you for "trespassing" into his flat with the local Police station.
Before that happens, vacating the premises on your own is strongly recommended.

No he cannot do so, he needs to follow due process of law. You can file RAD suit ans seek injunction.
