Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am from Mumbai. I am a tenant. Now a developer has come for development of this property Currently i occupy about 419 Sq. ft. Flat. He is developing this property under Mhada DCR 33(7). He is has given me final offer of 575 SFT in new constructed building. I would like to know my legal rights and also like to know few more questions.
Is this a fair deal of 575 SFT?
What will be the Corpus fund I should get?
Is there any rule regarding Car parking?
Should I get Car Parking in new constructed building by law. What is the Law for the same?
My rent receipt is coming in the name of my Father. My Father Got expired in 1993. My elder Sister Got married in 1984 and another Sister got married in 1993 after the death of my father. Is it necessary to get NOC from my sisters?

1)Yes it is a fair deal.
2)you can negotiate with the builder and insert in agreement clauses for car parking.
3) NOC is not necessary but advisable.
