Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i am planning to stay alone in a 1 room kitchen accomodation in pune lanlord doesnot have any problem from me if i stay alone only the entire rent that is 4000 rs is to be paid by me can anyone else oject if i stay alone can the lanlord or anyone else force me to share room with someone
