Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
do i own a property where i live for more than 20 years
1) the property is 100 years lease
2)the property is in Project area
3) can they vacate me for any of the reason
and i have extended my area of usage more than allotted one
do that brings me any legal problem

You dont become owner of a place even if you have stayed their for 20 years. You must have a legal right to be the owner of the property. Who are those who would bring legal problem for you ?
