Hi i have given my shop for rent for the period of 11months which got expired in October 2010, also tenant expired 10days back, i have informed tenant for vacating prermises orally were as tenant asked me some days time later yesterday on 10/11/2010 i have recived temporary injuction till next hering 09/12/2010,outstanding arres for bwss 77000, bescom 7500, and 5 months rent pending. tenant is running beef hotel business unauthorised with out permission. please help me in vacating my property. as iam widow no body is there to give positive guidence or help.

you may file a petition for eviction of the tenant on the grounds of bonafide requirement and changeo of business.
