Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, my father is a retired army personne & iam a railway servant.we are having 04 shops given on rent. One tenant is not paying rent regularly.He always talks erracticaly with me & my father. we are goverment servant & not want to involve in wrong practiceses. My father is having blank 100/- rupees stamp paper having his signatures along with two signatures of wittness. it was signed by the tenant about 10 years back when he occquppied the shop. Please give proper legal guidance & tell us the legality & validity of the stamp paper of Rs 100/-.
