Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

sir,iam living in my house since 18years above.Near to my house another person was occupied and living in government site since 13years.recently GVMC officers was said that he was paying all electricity,tax bills by using my site number.my grandparents was bought this site and they are not registered and gave to me.And due to some reasons both familys are separated before 7years but they are only having site documents we are searched that family but we cant found them.At now he was complainted on me this site numbers belongs to me.we are having only proof that all tax bills etc since 18 years.I was listened in any land stayed more than 15years by paying bills that land belongs to me only.but he was saying that he was having that site number cards.the officers are saying that you have to show any proof for this land.and before 14years back we are built a house for that GVMC was rejected a letter to built a house because we are not submitted a plan we have that rejection letter in that gvmc was mentioned site numbers is it enough or not.so please show a solution for this promblem?

dear client yes that letter of rejection can be help for to show ur possession over the land..

and it would be better to consult a local lawyer who can make a personal visit and understand the situation... for document purpose you can reply me back

go to high court for filing a writ if you have sufficient papers.
