Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
what is tenant registration with police , also can i ask his approval for a background check through private agencies. how much legal weightage and mandatory this process is. is the tenant can disagree to do both police registration and background check. if so what should be owner action. the tenancy has started. this is in bangalore, india.
