Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
if we the tenants wants to redevelop the property as our original landlord expired long back and we have two person claiming to be the owner and a case is still pending in High Court Mumbai. Both are not interested in repairing the building. Day by day the condition of bldg is deteriorating.BMC has already declared the bldg. in dilapedated condition.

then on this basis you can be out of property. coz tanent dont have right to live in dilapedated property. So either you can file an application before court that you are owner coz of long stay or file an application for repair. Till then stop rent.
