Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We are a tenents in. A shop for more then 40 years but since since 7 years we are fighting an eviction suit and paying rent in court since 6 month our landlord are disconnecting your electric connection on regular basis my question can we apply in court for electric connection in your name. What are the option we have .
