Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Who ever it may concern
please help me as concern is we are staying 3 peoples in room with uncle one day my uncle friend came from guwahati and stayed in our room for 3 days as tat time i dont have job,after going to kerala ma uncle friend called and asked my room uncle go and c whether any packet is there near to ma cot because he kept the bag near to ma cot,we asked uncle watz that tat time uncle replied around 1 lakh rs,ma 2 room mates usually comming at 7 pm,now he is telling that i took the money where i did not took the money and threatening me that he will file a police case,m so afraid now,so please suggest some thing to get rid of this
