What is the legal procedure to get an affidavit attested by a Metropolitan/First Class Judicial Magistrate.?
I need an affidavit on non-judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 10/- duly sworn in before and attested by a Metropolitan Magistrate/First Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that:-
a) I am not eligible to seek admission for MBBS/BDS seats in Medical/ Dental Colleges in the States of Andhra Pradesh and J&K.
b) I am not domiciled in Andhra Pradesh and J&K.
as asked in NEET Examination 2013.
When I approached metropolitan magistrate/ first class judicial magistrate in courts of hyderabad, I was not allowed to meet the magistrate and was asked to pay about Rs.4000 by the peon/gatekeepers/different staffs for getting the work done.
Please suggest the legal procedure to get an affidavit.
