termination of employee
if employee given resignation within probation period and ready to serve notice period but his performance was not satisfactory then what action would be taken against him by employer?

The employer can discharge him.

Employer can terminate the service of his employee, but here the employee himself is resigning from job, so nothing else could be done. However, in the releiving letter to the employee, employer can make remarks of his service performance.
