Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India

Am a graduate of B.Tech(IT) passed out on 2010 may. I joined in a mainframe training center (which is also a consultancy for deploying sub contractors for their clients) in a place called Chennai, India. They don't have any project of their own, but have many employees working in various clients) on Sep 2010. The training was over by end of Jan 2011. I have got the training certificate for the same and came out. After some days i got a call from the training center asking whether am interested to work as their employee in their client site(and informed me that i will have to take up the client interview also). Since the client they mentioned was a really good company and since i did not have any other offers i accepted it and went back to the center. The expected client interview did not take place(I don't know why). So me with some other friends of my batch who were also selected along with me started doing some simple projects(for a period of 1 month). And luckily we got another big Multi National Company client the next month i.e on March 2011. And i got selected. The requirement was in another location called Bangalore (India). After the background verification was over, I joined the company in April 2011. And since then my manager and team lead were very happy with my performance and wanted me to be taken as a permanent employee of their company(the multi national company where i got selected).Since i had a clause in my joining letter of my parent company stating that there should be a minimum gap of 6 months for me to join as a permanent employee with their client. So i could not. There was some fund issue in the client company and all of the contractors (even the very talented)were sent back because the pay scale of contractors is very huge.A total of 9 people were working for this client from my parent company.All the other 8 went back to Chennai and i was the only 1 contractor to stay back as i was in the middle of a work which no others can take up and finish on target date. I have finished that part of the work.And due to some high priority personal reason i had to relocate to Chennai immediately.Managers and team leads of the client company were constantly convincing me stay back. I really wanted to stay back.Just because of the unavoidable personal issue i had to move back to Chennai for a period of 3 months.The client were ready to take me back whenever i was comfortable. But my parent company turned very cruel.I requested my parent company saying that i will work in Chennai for next 3 months and then i will go back. They forced me so much to go back to Bangalore or quit the job. They gave me a lot f mental torture. And at last had to give up my job. Can i lodge a complain on the HR of the management. I have two complains, one is the worst kind of behaviour towards employees and the next is very importantly to tell that they put fake experience and send people to work in their client site. What should i do now. Please assist.
