Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am aged 63 and recently since two years my husband 70, was forced to stay apart from me by brothers wife with whom he has relations since beginning. i kept patience that he will change at least at this age . but since they are getting money from my husband and now also doesnt want to leave because of propert7y and now i have an unmarried daughter aged 40 and one is married , . DOMESTIC vilence case is going on since two years and is in final stage of judgement but now i fear that since he is out of house and judgement is near , he will be forced to do anything to property , since it is his self owned property and and i have pleaded maintenance from that property ( from ground floor, we gets rents and it is only source of income and also pleaded for residence in first floor ( which is constructed). pls help so that , if anything happens to him ( i fear they can do anything to him)
, before me, i am not thrown out and is the source of in future. i have to perform marriage of second daughter.
pls help how to file injuction order on this property
