What is mean by ancestral property ? whether the hindu wife get the share in the ancestral proeprty?

a hindu wife does not get a share in the ancestral property of her husband but she has a share in her deceased husband's share of ancestral property.

A hindu wife, per se do not have any right in the ancestral property of her husband. In other words, wife has no independent right in the ancestral property, and she cannot claim any share therein.

Grand Fathers property to the grand son becomes Ancestral Property if the grand father and then father dies interstate . Hindu wife has a right in Ancestral Property through her Husband .
