Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A and B are brothers. A give her house which is in co.operative housing society to B before 32 year ago without any reward means as a gift. This house was A's self acquired property. Now B has two sons X and Y . B has transfer his house due to his bad health to his wife as per the procedure of co.-operative housing society law. unfortunelately his wife pass away. X is not live with B since last 24 years and careless about B. Y is live with B from begining and take care him. now this house is tranfer to Y. Now X says it is ancestral property. He claim for his share. X threat to carring in court.
sir, tell me is it ancestral property ? is X has any right for this house.
