im going to buy a resi land in delhi but the registration in our zone is closed and im only getting the general power of attorney . i need to know what matter should be on the pappers and is there any possibility that after selling the land on base of poa he can cancell the same kildly tell as soon as possible

it depends what kind of land you buying. it is preferred that the sale deed is executed of the land and it is unsafe buying the land on power of attorney.
