Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Company is represented by its Director. Therefore, Director is a person who can lead evidence. Alternatively, whether company through the Director (with resoltuion) can execute Power of Attorney in favour of its Officer for court cases, give evidence etc. Is it not hit by the Supreme Court Judgment saying that Power of Attorney holder cannot depose?

There is no absolute bar. Evidential value depends on personal knowledge.
