Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Dad expired in may 2009 kepeing my mother as a nominee in the said flat. Society had transfered the share certificate in my mothers name. Now my mother is elderly and want to make her nomination in my name ( 60% ) and my other brothers name ( 40%). Can she do the same. Because the society is objecting the same. And also not providing the anwer in writing.
