Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir, This is venu from visakhapatnam. I have recently purchased a flat in Chinamushidiwada area of Pendurti under GVMC (greater visakha munc corp). Builder has got all permissions from GVMC. Survey report, GVMC town planning approval and occupancy certificates are given and all flats are registered in the name of buyers. Recently revenue officials came and conveyed that plot is assigned land. However, our builder has got record of land since 1980. GVMC town planning surveyor has clearly stated that land is undisputed and given nod for GVMC approval subsequently GVMC has given approal and everything is in order. Local MRO officer says that their record survey doesnt contain our plot no. This way they have identified more than 15 plots, where most of the plot owners constructed houses long back. Now suddenly tahasildar woke up and harassing us. Please clarify this sir.... why panchayat survey record is not matching with GVMC survey record.

Check the inquiry conducted by GVMC or City Survey Office while taking areas of Panchayat.

Inquiry contemplated taking into account all the properties newly included in Municipal limits. However, while conducting such an inquiry, errors invariably happen.
