Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A father of two children purchased a plot of 200 sq. mtrs. in joint name of he himself & younger son. After some time the plot was given to elder son for taking care. Through special power of attorney father got transferred the all the rights from younger son to father's favour(making it 100% ownership) and subsequently transferred to elder son and gave all the papers of property. Subsequently in breach of agreement the elder son is not allowing parents to enter the plot neither taking care the old people. What could father and younger son do to get back their rights to property though all papers are with elder son
