Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Me. my father & my mother own an immovable property. Each has 1/3 share. In order to protect my interest in the said property they executed a court reg will naming me sole beneficiary.
However, Will can be revoked or challenged. What is the best way for them to transfer their 1/3 share to me during their lifetime in a way that my siblings can not challenge it.
