Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grand father got a property in partition deed with his father & brothers in 1960. my grand father has 2 sons and 2 daughters. both are married above 1980.
My grand father wrote a settlement deed in favour of one son's children in 2003.
but another sons childrens filled a suit for share in the property.they told that the property is not self acquired by my grand father. so, it should be shared by all.
please guide me what to do?
sir, Your answer is that is separate property that is told by you.
but we are living in tamilnadu, our layer said that property received by your grand father as ancestral because he did not self acquired.
what can I do for that sir?
how could I face the problem?

I have informed you lot many times earlier that the property becomes Self Acquired for your Grand Father and he can dispose the property the way he wishes to do . You or your family has no right or share in it......Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about your query and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
