Hi,
My father had a house and me and my two brother family is staying in that house. My father expired and transfered the house in my name. Now I want to vacant the house from my two brother & their family. Please guide the process.

Dear Sir / Madam,

First and foremost, all the property documents must be in your name. You should amicably request your two brothers to vacate the house, which is quite unlikely that they will agree. You may have to approach the Court for a settlement with them.

Who transferred the house in your name? Your father? or you after his demise? How did your father acquire the house? Is it ancestral? These questions need to be answered first.
