illegal construction in co-op hsg society

I am secretary of co-op hsg society & 2 members of my society has installed water tank outside the kitchen window without taking society permission. I have informed them to remove tank within 15 days time but they are not interested in it. Kindly advise me what action can be taken against this 2 meber

If this action of the other two members of the society is against the rules/regulations/bye-laws of the society, you can institute legal proceedings for removal/demolition of the tanks.

Even otherwise you can take legal actions for removal/demolition of these tanks for violation of the right of easement.

Whether water tanks are constructed or plastic tanks?

If they are constructed tanks, action can be taken.

If they are plastic tanks, you need to find out the provision under which permission is required.
