Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

There is a plot with structure in it. Can there be an Agreement/MOU for conveyance of only the plot mentioning plot value. And, similarly can there is a separate Agreement/MOU for conveying the structure mentioning structure value? I feel there should be one document for plot with structure and value can be split. Please clarify

In single document you may mention value of plot and value of structure and register it.
