whose property?

I m a benami holder of the property standing in my name. Prohibition of benami transation act 1988 r , however, NOT applicable in this case as the property is not in my possession & is in fact in the possession of the Real owner from the last 20 years. The real owner is , however , depositing bills etc. in my name. IS it sufficient 2 prove the recognition of my ownership by the real owner? Give clear reply 7 not a vague answer that the facts r not clear etc.
