property motherdeed reg;
in the case of this property not having a mother deed in original ,at the time of selling this property will an indemity bond for nonavailablity of mother deed in original save the purpose ? will the bank give the buyer a housing loan ? plzz guide

Every bank has its own policy guidelines. Better to ask concerned Bank.
Generally, an Indemnity would suffice for lost or misplaced title deed.
