Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
I`m not that boy.
Darhasal Rajiv Sir bat yeh hai ki mughe yeh janna hai ki dono ke relationship ke doraan dono ki sehmati se sex kia tha. Par unfortunately pregnancy ho gayi ladki ko t ladke ne use apnane se mana kar dia ladki kariban 16saal ki hai aur ladka18 ya 19 ka hoga.
Ladki ne uske khilaaf FIR registered karai hai ki usne mughe pregnant kia hai.
To isme me yeh janna chahta hun ki ladke ko knse section ke tehat saza milegi.
Punishment milegi bhi ya nahi.
