A boy/man promises to marry a girl/woman and keeping physical relation with her and if he refuses to marry her then he will charged under rape in India.

if this happens vice-versa then?

No, a woman is not guilty of rape; but if she induced the man of money or costly gifts, with a promise to marry, a criminal case of cheating/fraud can be filed.
