Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

At present i am working in a central Govt. Department, one lady complaint against me for harraising her from last 8yrs but she didn't mention the time,date,place and year in the inquiry ,she produce one witness against me,the witness confirm about the harassment in the inquiry but she could not point out exact date,place time ,month and year in front of the inquiry committee.

According to the inquiry officer report the charges are partly proved but as per government rule inquiry officer can only say whether the charges are prove or not.

My query is that whether a one can found guilty on the basis of this report or not???

If i challenge this in the Hight court what relief i could expect.

Inquiry of which department? You have every chance to succeed since the allegation are not backed up by solid proofs. I think, in this inquiry itself, you will get the relief.
