Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Im a captain in indian navy, few days before my wife and one of her cousin who is working in dubai had a heated chat regrding some personal matters in facebook. After that my wife called his wife who is in india and had heated arguments with her. After some time my wifes cousin send my wife 4 abusing sms messages regarding me and my wife? How can i give a case against him? what punishment can i get for him?

If there was untrue allegations against your wife on Facebook and or by SMS, issue lawyer notice for defamation and then follow it up by litigation.
