Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
hello sir..one guy lied to my friend and had relationship with her..recently she came to know about all his lies and broke up with him. she is scared of getting blackmailed by him with the chat history he has with him..can anything be done to avoid this??

in case it is just the chat history, it may not be a cause of concern. you may just forget and move on unless there is some other objectionable material lying with him.
