Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
i want to get a copy of the will that may or may not have been registered. what would be costs? how long would it take? finally depending on the contents we may or may not contest the will

it depends from whom you want the copy. if registered, you may get the copy from registrar only if you are executant, witness or beneficiary. if not registered, you may ask from the beneficiary by filing an application in the court.
