Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father left his wealth to me in a non notarize ,unregistered will .I have a copy of the will which has his signatures, two witnesses and 2 executors. I dont know who has original. Executors are hostile towards me and do not talk to me. My mother who is life tenant in the will controls the property. My two sisters refuse to give NOC. What should I do to protect my rights. I live in USA and property is in Kolkata,India.

File a petition for the probate of the will in the Court and Court will send the notices to all the witnesses and appoint the executors. Rest will be done by your advocates.
