Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My friend is having a will dated on 20/2/2002 on his name done by his cousin,his cousin has died on 15/8/2003.It is an unregistered will and the whole property is of 10acres in that my friends cousin has sold a 2 acre property before the will is executed ie on 5/6/1987.The will is now in civil court the case between my friend and the diseased persons cousin brother, let me plz know the consequences.

Area which deceased sold during his lifetime gets excluded from Will.

As far as the cousin of deceased is concerned, your friend will need first to prove the Will, then he shall get any right. Cousin of deceased is entitled to challenge the action of your friend.
