i am hindu,
My grandfather died without making will,then the property automatically trasferred to My father,i m his only son and 1 daughter,My father made a registered will where he stated the above said property to be given to My son now My sister claims that it is ancestral property.grandfather property was self acquired by him and then after grandfather passed away the name of My father displayed on property card,does sister has share in the property where i m standing.

Yes, she is entitled to. As it is not self acquired property but is ancestral property.
