A ppty purchased -rgistered in 1964-65 jointlly inthe name of 2 sisters-one married(A)&other is spinster(B).no demarcation.''B''wants to add name of ''X'';a blood relative alongside. ;to avoide dispute/complications after her death. Q.whether it is possible. if yes how to proceed &stamp duty to be paid etc.?

It is certainly possible either by way of a gift deed if there is no consideration to be recd from X and by a sale deed in case of consideration. the stamp duty depends upon the state where the property is located. It also depend upon the circle rate of the land.
