Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
sir we are 2 brothes one bro. was died in 2000 we have some lands in delhi which was register with my father name and 1 land my mother name they also died.my father give 2 lands to me.He give 1 land and some cash to my brother he sell out his land.and my mother and father make a register WILL in my favour in 1990 it was clearly mention in it that i dont want to give any property to i alredy possesed him a plot.now i want to constuct that land which was my mothers name my bhabi create hurdles.sir i want to know should she get stay on that property

getting a stay is different and establishing a claim over the property is different. in case the will is in your favour, you may go for the probate of will if there is an apprehension of legal hurdles.
